What's the minimum order?
£150 on your first order. Mix any designs to hit it.
What margin will I make?
Trade price is 50% off RRP, so a £24.99 pair costs you £12.50. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to trade prices.
Are they really hypoallergenic?
Every fitting is nickel-free stainless steel. Titanium or sterling silver is available for customers who react to most metals, and every design can be made as a clip-on.
Can I customise my order?
Yes. Pick fittings and finishes per design, and ask about colourways exclusive to your shop.
Do you offer accessible adaptations?
Yes. We adapt pieces to each customer's needs, and nearly 1 in 20 of our own customers use one. If one of yours needs something adapted, we'll make it.
What support do I get?
