No jeweller needed, no welding and no travel! So, no matter where in the world you are you can be part of this beautiful permanent bracelet trend. We will send you special pliers that can cut the chain to the perfect length so choose the chain slightly bigger than normal.
Our bracelets come with a pair of tiny pliers, sterling silver or gold filled chain and permanent locking clasp that once sealed cannot be undone. Create a beautiful moment for you and a loved one and lock each other in ❤️

We recommend consulting your doctor or imaging technician for guidance. If you do have to remove then cut the lock and we will send a replacement lock for a small fee

How long is delivery?
Everything is handmade and hand packed. We aim to dispatch Thursdays and Saturdays. This is different over School holidays so please message first if you need something urgently. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for Royal Mail to deliver depending on postage option chosen.
Please note if tracked shipping is not selected I cannot track your item once it is dispatched
Can I have a different hook?
In most cases, yes. We can change the fixings on most earrings to hooks, hoops, sterling silver or clip ons. Just add a note at checkout, and clearly state what fixing you would like.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We do yes, please note your item might incur customs charges
What is the returns policy?
Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on pierced products. Our clothing is printed on demand to avoid waste which means it is custom made for you and not refundable unless faulty. If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@trendtonic.co.uk
Will I get the exact same as the images?
Due to the handmade nature of each pair and the designs of the cork every pair will be slightly different. This means you will get a unique pair made just for you!

Cork
Natural cork fabric, also known as cork leather, is made from shavings directly from the cork oak tree. Cork fabric starts with harvesting, where the outer section of the bark is peeled back to reveal the inner cork.
This can be done without harming the tree itself because the outer bark is able to regenerate itself! In fact, some have suggested that harvesting cork can actually extend its life.

Plant paper
Washable paper is produced from cellulose fiber. This is a substrate of wood, and is a natural material. Oeko-Tex and Forest Stewardship Council (SCS) certified - awarded to timber forest products. We make sure that we only work with paper made in Europe (Italy or Germany so far). It does not contain pentachlorophenol, PVC or BPA and is completely safe for the environment and us.

Once the materials arrive to us we handmake everything in our Kent Studio. Our packaging is made by a small business based in Nottingham. We work with Ecologi to plant a tree for every order and offset carbon for postage.
